•Cheese-rolling:
Cheese-rolling takes place every May in England. Competitors run down a hill, following a big cheese that rolls down the hill. A special guest launches the cheese and the person who arrives at the bottom of the hill first wins the cheese!
•Zorbing:
Zorbing is a new sport from New Zealand. The 'zorb' is a gigantic inflatable ball. A person stands inside the zorb, and rolls down the hill. The inflated sphere is very soft, like a cushion, so it isn't dangerous!
●Sepak Takraw:
Sepak means 'kick', and Takraw means 'ball'. It combines football, volleyball and gymnastics in one game!
There are two teams and the players use feet, knees and head to pass a synthetic ball over the net.
●Bossaball:
Bossaball is a combination of volleyball and trampolining.
The players can use their hands, feet or head to hit the ball over the net. They jump on a trampoline and try to keep the ball in the air.
My favourite sport.
My favourite sport, but it is also considerated an art, is dance!
It is performed in many cultures as a form of emotional expression, social interaction or exercise.
I practice social dance and caraibic dance at the 'Mayimbe School Dance'.
I go to dance three times a week and I really love it.
