In London, on Sunday morning, people go to the Speakers' corner, on the north-east corner of the Hyde Park, for talk with someone.
This right was established in 1872, because Hyde Park was a popular meeting point for political movements in the Victorian Era. In more modern times many famous people have spoken at Speakers' Corner:Karl Marx, Lenin, George Orwell.
But, today, most of the speakers are religious and often, they argue with each other. Some speakers are eccentric, like the black English in a Nazi Uniform, or Diane, an old lady who argues with everyone.
If one day I'll go to London, I would like to visit Speakers' Corner!
